Marvel Legends Infinite Avengers 2 Machine Man

Since buying Iron Fist  the last time, i saw something that i've never thought Hasbro would release, a Machine Man Marvel Legends. Intrigued, i went back and snapped him up as well. So who's Machine Man? Machine Man/Aaron Stack/Z2P45-9-X-51 or X-51 for short is an android character created by Jack Kirby for 2001: A Space Odyssey and later debuted in his own series. Basically a robot who was raised as human, became a fugitive from the military, became a hero and finally joined the cosmic beings known as Celestials. That is until the Nextwave series bought him back as a egotistical douchebag, albeit a funny one. That's where most of my exposure to Machine Man came from so i was fully expecting Hasbro to give us his modern look but Hasbro is surprising sometimes.

Marvel Legends Infinite Avengers 2 Iron Fist

Iron Fist aka Danny Rand was a character created in 1974 along with Power Man aka Luke Cage during the blaxploitation and kung fu movie boom. Though not A-lister superheroes, they're still pretty popular and appear frequently in numerous titles. I kinda have a soft spots for street level superheroes, which is why Iron Fist and Daredevil appeal to me, so once Marvel announced that they were making Netflix miniseries of several street level heroes, i was pretty ecstatic. And of course, to promote their show, Hasbro gave us updated Legends of these characters which i can't thank them enough. Anyway, here's Iron Fist!

Transformers Reveal the Shield Voyager Lugnut

Lugnut, like Lockdown, was originally from Transformers Animated. A totally new character that was dumb as rocks while being totally devoted to Megatron, he was somehow popular enough to have a voyager made in the Reveal the Shield line. By the way, Reveal the Shield was a subline back in 2010 that was both continuation of Hunt for the Decepticon line and Classics line which is now the Generations line. The gimmick of this line is the rubsigns the toys would have. Anyway back to Lugnut, HE'S AWESOME!

Marvel Legends Infinite Spider-Man Anti Venom

Hasbro's new line up for the second series of Spider-man Legends ROCKS! Spidey 2099, Daredevil, Spider-girl Mayday and ANTI-VENOM!!! For those unfamiliar with Anti-Venom, he was a cancer ridden Eddie Brock that gave up the Venom symbiote because he was dying. But there were traces left and when Martin Li/Mr Negative cured Eddie of his cancer with his powers, the symbiote remnants fused with Eddie's white blood cells and became a new hybrid symbiote, ANTI-VENOM!

He's a healer as well as a warrior, able to cure any disease and remove impurities including Spidey's radioactive blood. He was an interesting character, charismatic and dimensional and gave Eddie Brock some needed change. His stories, though short lived, won the hearts of new and old fans alike. So what did Marvel decide to do with him? Gave him to Dan Slott who killed the symbiote in a nonsensical way to end his painfully mediocre Spider Island event... Anyway, the figure!
